feat(speaking): add conference talks and remove placeholder

Add three real talks (ETHGlobal HackFS 2022 workshop, Developer DAO
Dev & Tell, SXSW 2022 panel) as YouTube-embedded entries filed under the
Sonr experience, and remove the placeholder sample talk.
