* refactor: update import paths in gateway handlers

* refactor: remove obsolete devtools Makefile and README

* build: optimize build process for improved efficiency

* refactor: remove obsolete pkl files related to Matrix and Sonr network configurations

* refactor: move embed code to x/dwn/types
